Booking Policy

Please note rates are for a minimum 3 night stay, or as specified in the booking display. Rates are for 4 people in 2 bedroom apartment or 2 people in a 1 bedroom apartment.

Extra Guests

Maximum occupancy 1 bedroom apartment - 3 persons.
Maximum occupancy 2 bedroom apartment - 5 persons.
(Extra guests charge is $25 per night 3rd or 5th person.)

Check-in time: 2 p.m.

Reception hours are:

• Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 12:00pm
• Closed Public Holidays

After hours check-in available - use late arrivals phone outside reception for directions.

CREDIT CARD or $200 CASH DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR BOOKING CONFIRMATION.

ON ARRIVAL WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD IMPRINT OR $200 CASH BOND FOR SECURITY.

Cancellation Policy
A 10% admin fee is charged outside of 72 hours. Within 72 hours, the deposit would be forfeited.

No Show Policy
Lost deposit.

You can stay different lengths of time, but prices may vary. Longer stays are typically rewarded with a lower per-night rate.

All prices listed are on a per-night basis.

When you contact us or use the 'contact' form on the website, or use the online booking form, we will store the information you give us for a period of time.

We do not share or rent or sell this or any other information with other companies or individuals. We do not disclose information about your individual visits to our site to anyone.

You will not be contacted by Baronnet unless you specifically request it, or through our normal customer service follow up, such as when you request a booking or information, and we check in with you to be sure you are satisfied with our service.

Its a simple policy, but the right one. We will not infringe on your privacy, or hassle you later. Thats better for you, and better for us!
