What is the difference between the “Pool”, “Standard” and “Superior” View apartments?

The “pool”view apartments are located on 1-3 level with a pool and garden view, “Standard” Apartments are located 4- 8th level with great ocean views. “Superior” view apartments have fantastic ocean view. Most apartments have recently been renovated in some way.

Are all the apartments the same size?

All the 2 bedroom apartments are the same size and are on the southern and northern end of the building. All the one bedroom apartments are the same size and there are 2 placed in the middle of each floor.

How many people can fit in a 2 bedroom apartment?

Our 2 bedroom apartments sleep 4 guests utilising the queen bed and 2 single beds. We are able to accommodate a 5th person on a rollaway bed at an extra cost of $30 per night. We do have a few options of 2 queen beds and a single bed, these are on request.

How many people can fit in a 1 bedroom apartment?

Our 1 bedroom apartment sleeps two persons comfortably utilising a queen bed. A 3rd person can be accommodated using a rollaway bed at an extra cost of $30 per night.

What is the check-in and check-out times?

Normal check-in time is 2.00pm, however if you arrive early and the apartment is available we are happy for you to check-in early. If we have guests in the apartments the night before then we will have the apartment ready for you as quickly as possible after they depart at 10.00am and we would be happy to look after your luggage until check-in is available.

Normal check-out time is 10.00am. Should a later check out time be required this will be subject to availability on the day, up till 11am FOC, for the day until 5pm there is a charge of $50.

What are your office hours?

We open reception at 8.30am every day except Christmas Day and Good Friday and we close at 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 11.30am on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Office Hours are Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5 pm. Saturday / Sunday 9am –midday. Closed Public Holidays.

If we were to arrive after your office is closed, how do we gain access?

The After Hours Service is easy to follow. On arrival in the front foyer please pick up the white phone on the wall and wait for assistance. You will be given access into the main Reception area where you will find a safe. Night Staff will give you a code for the safe where you will find a named envelop with your keys and instructions on parking and getting to your unit. Please come to Reception the following morning to complete your Registration & payment.

Is Baronnet Apartments a good family accommodation in Surfers Paradise?

The two bedroom apartments are spacious and designed with the family in mind and will accommodate up to five guests. Just a short 50 metre walk away we have the NCSLSC patrolled beach. The proximity of buses and the tram gives families easy access to all the tourist attractions on the Gold Coast.

Can baby equipment like cots and high chairs be organised?

All baby needs can be provided for your stay. At time of booking please note your requirements or phone for a quote.

Are the apartments non-smoking?

In consideration of our non smoking guests we do not permit smoking within the apartments. Smoking is permitted on the balcony areas, however at all times the doors leading to the balconies must be closed. If smoking is detected in the apartments then there will be extra charges for cleaning.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately we are not “Pet Friendly” and are unable to accommodate your loved pets during your stay.

Is there a view from every level?

We offer 3 categories room types: Pool view; Standard Ocean and Superior Ocean views. The Pool view overlooks the pool and spa area set in lush tropical gardens.; Standard Ocean view apartments have great sea views whilst all apartments in Superior Ocean views open to expansive sea views.

Yes we are in an excellent position to offer a romantic getaway, the large balconies are condusive to sitting and indulging in wine and cheese or breakfast on the balcony.

Can you arrange for flowers or champagne to in the apartment for our arrival?

For special occasions we can assist with your requests. Please call us to make arrangements or have deliveries placed into your allocated apartment ready for your arrival.

What are the facilities in the apartments?

All the one bedroom/one bathroom and two bedroom /two bathroom apartments are fully self contained with full kitchen facilities, laundry, a spacious lounge/dining rooms that open out onto an expansive balcony.

Are the apartments air-conditioned?

All our apartments offer Air conditioning.

Do you provide the bedroom and bathroom linen?

On arrival your apartment is ready to stay in. All bed linen, towels are provided along with a “Starter” Kit offering milk, tea, coffee, sugar and toilet rolls. For a small charge we provide beach towels for your length of your stay.

Is the pool heated?

The pool is heated all year round with temperatures between 26-29 degrees.

Is there internet and wifi available?

Yes, we provide Wifi “Free of Charge” to all apartments.
